SUMMARY:Introduction to Canoeing Class
DESCRIPTION:OR April 18\, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  FREE\n  \nWe have just a few more openings for paddlers in our Introduction to Canoeing Class. \nThis class is for those relatively new to canoeing or those wanting a simple\, basic refresher.   It will be short class\, 4 hours or less\, where we will cover some basic canoeing techniques\, equipment\, terminology\, safety & rescue and play some paddling games. \nParticipants will be added on a first-come\, first-served basis: \n\n2 openings for Saturday\, April 17th\n2 openings for Sunday\, April 18th\n\nThe class will run from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon (or 1:00 p.m.) Tandem or Solo canoeists are welcome. \nIf you do not already have a canoe and/or a partner\, please let me know of your interest and needs. \nCovid-19 safe practices will be followed for this class which will be held in the Longmont/Firestone area.  Directions will be sent to those who are confirmed for this class. \nPlease let me know if you have any questions. \nDebbie Hinde \ndhinde1@msn.com \nInstructor
