1:30 – 2:30: Setup, Social, Potluck and Photo Show
- Social and Potluck: Catch up with friends and make new ones!
- Zoom starts at 2:00 for conversation among virtuals and with roving folks at the clubhouse.
- Potluck: Please bring a dish or beverage to share and your own reusable dishware/silverware/glassware to reduce trash. Coffee, tea and water will be provided IN THE KITCHEN at the clubhouse.
- Recirculating Photo Show starts at 2:00
- Upload your boating photos BEFORE THE MEETING to RMCC Photo Show. Upload them into a separate subfolder by clicking on “NEW”; then edit the folder name to your name; click on it to open; and upload your photos to it. [Contact [email protected] for help with the Photo folder.]
- Or send them to Jeff at [email protected] in a reasonable size, easily downloadable format — if they are a pain to deal with, he might just lose them. 😉
- Prize for the favorite photo: Vote for your favorite photo in-person at the Nametag table or virtually in the Zoom Chat
- As time allows at the end of the evening, Jeff will replay trip photos that attendees want to hear more about and/or photographers want to describe.
2:30 – 4:30: Annual Meeting, Officer Elections, and More Photos
