Macintosh Lake Evening Social Paddle

Plan to launch at 6 pm. If you weren’t able to attend the Rendezvous, or you didn’t get enough paddling or social time there, come and enjoy a social paddle around the McIntosh Lake, as the sun prepares to set with the backdrop of Long’s Peak.
This is an ACA paddle, so membership, or a one time $10 event fee is required.
McIntosh Lake. Launch along the south side of the lake from Lakeshore Dive, Longmont, CO 80503. The lake is a popular evening spot, so be sure to arrive in enough time to unload your boat and re-park your car (there is a 15 minute loading area and then parking along the road a bit further away.) Wheels are desirable, but not essential– if you get someone to help carry your boat from the loading area!
With unpredictable afternoon weather, I will confirm–or cancel–around 4 pm. So, be sure to contact me if you plan to paddle.
