Location: We put-in at the Six Mile Gap campground near the Colorado border
Rating: Class 2 whitewater. Douglas rapids may be a 3 if the water is high. Douglas can be portaged. Your boat will be filled with camping equipment.
Description: We camp two nights on the river and float from pine tree forest down to cottonwoods. The scenery is beautiful. A full description of the float is available here:
