due to unusually high water, I have decided to cancel Sunday’s trip. The Ft Lupton gauge was at 8000cfs a couple of days ago and still at 4000 cfs today – compared to a normal 400cfs. With all the snow from the recent storm, there is still a lot of melting to run into the rive, so I don’t expect it to go down significantly in the next few days. this way, everyone has time to come up with alternate plans.
