The George Meyer Pool at 7900 Carr Drive in Arvada, is open to canoes from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm starting this Sunday, January 8 and continuing at the same time on the following dates: January 22, February 5 & 19, March 5 & 19, April 2 & 23, and May 7. (These dates are also posted on the club’s calendar.) This is a chance for you to sharpen old skills and try out new ones in a heated environment. Entrance fee is $10 per person.
We hope you will be able to attend one of the most important club activities of the year, RMCC’s Planning & Permit Part at 6:00 pm on Sunday, January 15. This event allows members and nonmembers to learn about possible canoe trips and determine which ones the club should offer in 2017. This is a pot luck event being held in Boulder. She will send you a confirmation email that includes the address where the party is being held and what you will need to bring.
