RMCC Annual Meeting and Potluck is this Saturday, 6:15 – 9:30pm
Where: Directions to Greenway Park Clubhouse, 2018 rev. 110 Greenway Drive, Broomfield, CO 80020
Agenda:
- Come at 6:00 if you want to help set up tables and chairs
- Come at 6:15 or later with potluck dinner items and serving utensils
- Dinner starts at 6:30
- BYO favorite drinks; we’ll provide some basic non-alcoholics
- 7:30 Business Meeting to recap 2018, elect officers, and plan for 2019
- Bring ideas for trips and events to get a head start on the January Permit Party and 2019 schedule
- Bring ideas for volunteer activities — cleanups? kids programs? safety for swimming portion of triathlons?
- Bring Ideas! What would you like from RMCC in 2019? What can you bring to RMCC in 2019?
- 8:30 Photo Extravaganza — Bring your best pictures of 2018 paddling on a thumb drive. Please keep your presentation to about 5 minutes — 10 – 20 pics per trip. If we don’t have many presenters, we can do a second round. RMCC trips will be given priority, but broaden our paddling horizons!
- 9:30 Clean-up and put away tables and chairs; must be out by 10:00.
