Our annual North Platte River Glendo to (almost) Guernsey saw 11 paddlers up against a 7500 cfs release from the Glendo Dam. And all but 1 came out of the standing waves upright (but no names). The inevitable train across the Cottonwood Creek take-out road finally happened but the train was gone at the end of the day.
