George Meyers Pool, 7900 Carr Drive in Arvada, is allowing canoes, touring kayaks and SUPs to practice at the pool twice a month on Sundays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. These drop in pool sessions will be held January 5 and 19, February 2 and 23, March 8 and 22, and April 19 and 26. The cost is $10 per person and anyone can attend, just bring your boat, paddle and any other gear you feel you will need. These pool sessions are a great way for you to work on new skills in a warm, safe environment.
