Hi Paddlers,
Well, my contract ended early due to coronavirus fallout, so I have been home with no paying work for several days. This has given me time to take my personal diary of my Grand Canyon trip and intersperse it with numerous photos.
Note that 12 of the 20 paddlers (4 each came and went at Phantom Ranch) were RMCC’ers, and I brought most of the officers and any other favorite paddlers who could get away for 10+ days. This has never been publicized before, and you will notice some friction between the rafters and canoers. I did not know any of the rafters before the trip, but in the end I think we all got along pretty well. Enjoy!
