Only a few spaces are left for the Demo Day and Pot Luck event April 29th at Lagerman Reservoir from 9:00-1:00. Don’t miss the chance to try out all sorts of different paddle crafts. We have solo and tandem canoes coming (even one made out of beautiful cedar strips), sea kayaks and whitewater kayaks (including cross over kayaks used for whitewater overnight camping), and inflatable boats including a pack raft. We have boating games scheduled for 11:00 and an 11:30 potluck that will allow you to mingle with members from the three hosting clubs: Rocky Mountain Canoe Club, Rocky Mountain Sea Kayak Club, and Poudre Paddlers.
Preregistration is required. Register by emailing Kit Williams at kitrynwilliams@gmail.com. Include your name, phone number and address. List everyone in your party and what boat or boats you plan to bring. Please provide your ACA membership number if applicable.
Cost is free for American Canoe Association members (the organization providing liability coverage for the event) or $10, to be paid at the event, for all other participants.
