Date/Revised Time – Sunday November 2, 2025; 1:30 – 5:00 pm. Greenway Park HOA Clubhouse (110 Greenway Drive, Broomfield, CO 80020). Our Annual Meeting, Potluck, and Officers Election will mostly be a PARTY!
- 1:00: Setup, if you want to help move tables/chairs, etc.
- 1:30: Conversation and Potluck: Includes viewing RMCC history ‘exhibits’ and pencil in your memories
- 2:00: Zoom folks added – must RSVP to gvmutz@gmail.com to get the Zoom link
- 2:30: Short business meeting with elections followed by RMCC history presentation, contributions from the Room/Zoom audiences, and group photos
- 4:30: Cleanup and out the door by 5:00.
Club T-shirts: If you have a club T-shirt, WEAR IT! We’ll try for a group photo of everyone who wears one, as well as other group photos — Officers? TCs? Founders? Rendezvous cooking competition winners? All Room partiers? Zoomers?
Potluck: Don’t forget to bring something (food or beverage) to share AND your own dinnerware. We will have extras for the forgetfull. Extra Kudos to any Rendezvous cooking contest winner who brings their blast-from-the-past-winning dish!
50th Anniversary Mugs – Sorry — Orders for Mugs are closed. If you procrastinated, we might do another batch in 2026.
Historic Photo Submissions – At the celebration, we will have a revolving photo show as well as some photos in a Club History document. If you have photos or short videos that help tell the story of the RMCC, please upload them to our GoogleDrive Photo folder. We might be able to include all photos submitted, but priority will be given to those labelled with a year or decade or event or location or people. Examples: A group photo from Rendezvous or Nail Soup. Photos of cooking competition winners or special events. Photos of club founders. Photos representing our instruction program, Club standard trips (Niobrara?) or infrequent trips (Okefenoke Swamp).
Club Memorabilia – that you could bring to (and take home from) the celebration for a Memories Table. RMCC patches, t-shirts, hats, brochures, old newsletters, awards/trophies, maps or planning documents from old trips, newspaper articles/photos with RMCC members, or whatever. If it is BIG, let me know what you will bring so we save room during setup. gvmutz@gmail.com
