Paddle past waterfalls and lush forests down the Niobrara, one of America’s premier scenic heritage waterways. The second trip being offered over the 3-day weekend is down the White River just outside of Rangley in the Northwest corner of Colorado. It is a scenic desert paddle putting in at Trujillo Wash and taking out at Enron Gas Wells. This section is rated class II because there are a number of down trees that require good technical skills to get around in swift water and a class II rapid below Cowboy Canyon.
