A reminder that the annual meeting and potluck is just a couple of weeks away on Saturday, November 12 from 6:00-9:00 pm. This end of the year gathering is a time to celebrate our 2016 canoeing adventures through shared stories and photos. We invite everyone to bring your best paddling photos from this year’s trips on a thump drive which will be shown right after the potluck dinner. Family and friends are welcomed.
This is also RMCC’s annual meeting where next year’s officers are voted in. As an extra incentive we will be handing out a copy of ACA’s very informative DVD Reading the Rhythms of River and Rapids for those of you who have not already picked up a copy at the Rendezvous. So bring a dish to share, your favorite beverage, and a thumb drive with your best pictures. Be sure to RSVP to Bill Ashworth (washwort@gmail) and he’ll send you directions to Kit & Henry Williams’ house near Morrison.
