Canoeing Cuisine

Creating delectable meals for week end camping trips, much less multi-day expeditions, is challenging for even the most seasoned paddler. To help you plan for your upcoming canoe or camping adventures, several of RMCC’s experienced members will share their hard won knowledge on how to develop tasty camp meals demonstrating the following topics: how to pack fresh items to last through an entire trip; cooking with a Dutch Oven; baking on a camp stove; assembling dehydrated meals and improving freeze dried ready-made meals; and demonstrating various water and food storage methods. Everyone is welcome. Contact Kit Williams at [email protected] to register for this very informative workshop. For more details go to k5k.c0b.myftpupload.com/event/canoeing-cuisine/
