- BYO favorite drinks; we’ll provide some basic non-alcoholics
- Bring potluck dinner items and serving utensils
- Save on garbage/save on compost – bring your own non-disposable dinner plate/bowl/cup and eating utensils
6:00: Otter Award Presentation – Wildlands Restoration Volunteers
6:15: Business Meeting
- Recap 2019 boating and other events
- Bring ideas for trips, events and volunteer activities
- Bring Ideas! What would you like from RMCC in 2020? What can you bring to RMCC in 2019?
- Officer elections
7:15ish: Photo Extravaganza —
- Gather your best pictures of 2019 paddling. For greater efficiency this year, we will load them before the presentations start. Details TBD.
- Please keep your presentation to about 5 minutes — 10 – 20 pics per trip.
- If we don’t have many presenters, we can do a second round.
- RMCC trips will be given priority, but broaden our paddling horizons with a few shots of your private trip too!
8:45: Clean-up and put away tables and chairs; out by 9:00.
