Green River’s Stillwater Canyon offers 52 miles of Class I water as it winds through Canyonlands National Park and meets the Colorado River. The steep red canyons are jaw droopingly beautiful and are abundant with water birds and animals, Indian ruins and scenic views around every corner. We will start at Mineral Bottom on June 1 and take out at Spanish Bottom June 8. We are using Tex’s Riverways to shuttle us and our gear to the put-in and then boat shuttle us back to Moab at the end of the trip. The cost for the trip is $155 for shuttle plus $20 for person for the national park permit. An additional $30 group permit fee will be split among all of the trip participants.
