Per the linked flyer here, this is an EXPLORATORY trip starting on the North Platte River and paddling into Glendo Reservoir to the Elkhorn Boat Ramp on the upper end of the reservoir.

This trip immediately proceeds the RMCC North Platte Glendo to Guernsey trip and may be done as a stand-alone trip or in conjunction with the Glendo to Guernsey trip.
