RMCC Annual Mtg – Sat Nov 18 in Broomfield 6-8:30pm pls RSVP

Annual Mtg (Potluck, Elections, Slide shows) Sat Nov 18 at the Greenway Golf Clubhouse in Broomfield from 6pm to 8:30pm Directions here: Directions to Greenway Park Clubhouse. The club will provide all the tableware and glassware and some entrees – members should bring along other food and drinks to share (appetizers, salads, side dishes, desserts, other entrees, etc). And bring along a computer memory stick with a WELL CURATED SELECTION of photos from your summer paddling adventures to share. Unedited photo “dumps” will be dealt with harshly :).
We’ll also have on hand door prizes and the 50+ new club tee shirts that were ordered in September.
And, importantly, we’ll be electing club officers for the 2018 season. All the positions are open – please consider this and use the linked job descriptions more information. And if you’re not ready to fully commit, consider a term as an assistant. Contact the currently sitting officer for more information.
And finally, please do RSVP so we know how much consumable material we’ll need, how many chairs to put out and so forth.
