RMCC Waiver / Membership


Instructions

There are 2 parts to this form, the RMCC waiver/release section and the membership join/renew section.  A completed waiver/release on file is required before participating in RMCC events. Waivers and membership are for the calendar year (January – December).

After completing this form and clicking on submit you will be taken to a payment page.  Payments can be made with PayPal, a credit card, or by mailing a check.

In completing this membership application or renewal you are agreeing to comply with ACA’s safety requirements described in the ACA Risk Management Requirements document while participating in RMCC water-related events and trips.
