Permit and Planning Potluck Party! Sat., January 10, 2026 1:30- 5 pm. at the Greenway clubhouse in Broomfield. All are welcome!

Our 2026 Permit and Planning Potluck Party will be Saturday, January 10, 2026, at the Greenway clubhouse in Broomfield.  (110 Greenway Drive, Broomfield, CO., 80020). 

We’ll start at 1:30 pm and wrap up with enough time to clean up and get out of the building by 5 pm.   This will be a party. Feel free to bring sweet or savory snacking type food to share.  The idea is to nibble while mingling and chatting about paddling. Come even without food to share. There will be plenty. Bring your reusable plates/bowls/cups/utensils, but again, we’ll have extras if you forget. We’ll have hot coffee and tea.

The Virtual “formal” meeting will start at 2:15. If we are lucky, the un-narrated photo show that will be playing in the background of the potluck may also be enjoyed by virtual participants who join the Zoom meeting around 1:30. Please note that the virtual portion of these meetings is always a challenge, and issues can arise. Patience is requested as we will do our best to enable virtual participation. 

All members will receive a Zoom link Thursday, Jan. 8, with a possible repeat reminder on Friday, Jan. 9–just in case! The Zoom link will NOT be listed on this public calendar. Watch your emails, and check your spam folders if necessary.
