Pool Session #1 – Centennial Pool, Longmont, CO, January 18, 2026 – Session is FULL

Canoe Rolling and Bracing Clinic and Open Pool Availability – Registration is Reguired– See Below.

Come join us to keep your boating skills active!

  • Canoe Rolling Clinic, Jan 18 only:  Canoeists with the proper outfitting to keep you in your canoe.
  • Canoe Bracing Clinic, Jan 18 only:  Canoeists who want to learn how to keep from flipping over.  Practice Low and High Braces.
  • Open Pool Use to practice your strokes, rolls, get the feel for a new boat, etc.

You may come as early as 3:30 p.m. to prep.  Enter via the south patio and rinse off your boat before placing it in the pool.  Boats must be free of debris and dirt before entry into the pool.

We must be out of the building by 5:45 p.m.

Clinic and Open Pool Space is limited.  Please register* as follows:

Registration Option 1 – Via PayPal

  1. Pay $16.00 per person on-line using PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/RMCClub
  2. In PayPal, you will see a “What’s this payment for” block.  Enter the following:
    • Canoe Rolling Clinic and/or
    • Canoe Bracing Clinic or
    • Open Pool Jan 18
  3. Send a copy of the email you receive from PayPal to billiamrivers@gmail.com AND
    • State the names of the attendees and the type(s) of boats you are bringing
  4. Bill will send an email back to you to confirm your registration or to ask if you wish to be added to the waitlist.

Registration Option 2 – Pay RMCC at the Pool

  1. Send an email to billiamrivers@gmail.com
  2. In the Subject Line, enter the following:
    • Canoe Rolling Clinic and/or
    • Canoe Bracing Clinic or
    • Open Pool Jan 18
  3. In the email, state the names of the attendees and the type(s) of boats you are bringing
  4. Bill will send an email back to you to confirm your registration or to ask if you wish to be added to the waitlist.
  5. Bring exact cash or check in the amount of $16 per person to the pool.  Checks Payable to RMCC**.

*Space is limited and registration is required.  Please Do not just show up!

**RMCC is renting the pool so payment must be made to the Club and not to the pool.

PFDs (Lifejackets) and Helmets are encouraged!  (what a great way to make sure your old PFD still floats)

RMCC Members have first priority for registration until 2 weeks prior to the event.  Non-RMCC members may join a waitlist at any time and will be notified 2 weeks prior to the pool date if there are openings.

No refunds for snow days, no shows or late cancellations that cannot be re-allocated.
